Because our treats and catnip toys are freshly made in artisan batches, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major federal US holidays).

During peak holiday seasons (such as Halloween and Christmas cookie season), processing times may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an automated dispatch email with your live USPS or UPS tracking number as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

Once your parcel is picked up by the postal carrier, you will receive an automated tracking notification email containing a direct link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the initial carrier scan to register online.

4. 30-Day "Happy Paws" Return Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality, purity, and craftsmanship of everything we bake and sew. If for any reason you or your pet are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

• Eligible Items: Unused cookie cutters, unopened treat bags, and undamaged toys in original condition.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged in transit or defective, please take a quick photo and contact us immediately at info@barkshirepet.buzz. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you right away.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple and hassle-free:

1. Email our support team at info@barkshirepet.buzz with your Order Number (e.g., BPG-84920) and the reason for return.
2. Our care team will provide you with an authorized return merchandise authorization (RMA) and return shipping address.
3. Once the returned package is received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be credited directly back to your original payment card via Stripe within 3-5 business days.
