2. Handcrafted Products & Artisan Variations

All of our gourmet treats, catnip toys, and cookie cutters are created and inspected by hand in small artisan batches in Washington State, USA. Due to the authentic handmade nature of our products:

• Minor variations in color, dough cut shape, fabric pattern placement, or dimension are natural characteristics of artisan pet craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.
• All product photos, ingredient lists, and weights are described as accurately as possible.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product formulation or design at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing, Payments & Billing Accuracy

All prices displayed on our website are denominated in United States Dollars ($ USD) and are exclusive of applicable state and local sales taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated during the checkout process.

• We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

All purchases of physical products from Barkshire Pet Goods are made pursuant to a standard shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

5. Pet Health & Dietary Guidance
